Coaching vs. Therapy: Understanding the Difference

While both coaching and therapy aim to support personal development, they differ in focus and methodology:

  • Therapy: Explores past experiences to understand present behaviors and emotions. It’s ideal for addressing mental health concerns and healing from trauma.

  • Coaching: Centers on current challenges and future aspirations. It’s action-oriented, helping you set and achieve goals without delving deeply into past experiences.

    Designed to build clarity, confidence, and consistency.

    • 4 x 60-minute sessions over 6 weeks

    • Goal setting & ongoing accountability

    • Includes voice message support via Voxer between sessions (Mon–Fri, replies within 24 hours)

    Transformation Package – $1150

    For those ready to commit to meaningful change over time.

    • 8 x 60-minute sessions over 3 months

    • Values + vision exploration

    • Personalized growth assignments

    • Voxer/Voice Note support between sessions (Mon-Fri, replies within 24 hours)

    Deep Dive Package – $1650

    For the high-achiever or heart-led human who’s all in.

    • 12 x 60-minute sessions over 4–6 months

    • Full values + life design mapping
