Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Training for Your Team
Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Training for Your Team
Get your counselors, pastors, or coaches certified in the most trusted couples assessment out there, with a trainer who also happens to be an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist. Because yes, your couples are going to bring up sex, and your team should be ready.
Virtual training nationwide, or in person from Cumming, GA.
What Is Prepare/Enrich, and Who Is This For?
Prepare/Enrich is a research-based relationship assessment that helps couples see their strengths and growth areas in black and white. Think of it as a roadmap for the conversations couples know they should have but somehow never get around to (finances, family of origin, conflict, and yes, intimacy).
Once your team is certified, they can use it with engaged couples, newlyweds, and long-term partners who want a tune-up before things get rocky.
This training is a great fit for:
- Counseling and therapy practices adding couples services
- Churches and ministries offering premarital programs
- Coaches and mentors who work with couples
- Community organizations supporting families and relationships
What the Training Covers
In about 6 hours, your team goes from “what is this report?” to confidently leading feedback sessions with real couples.
- The research behind Prepare/Enrich and why it works
- How to register couples and administer the online assessment
- Reading and interpreting the Facilitator Report
- Walking through feedback sessions and couple exercises step by step
- Practice with real case examples and role play
- Plenty of time for questions
Choose the Format That Fits Your Team
- One full day: about 6 hours with a lunch break, great for getting it done in one go
- Two half days: about 3 hours each, easier to fit around busy client schedules
- Virtual or in person: train over Zoom from anywhere, or I come to you
Bonus Content You Won’t Get in a Standard Training
Getting certified is step one. Actually using it (and getting paid for it) is step two. So I built in the stuff I wish someone had told me:
- Marketing tips for getting the word out about your Prepare/Enrich services
- Networking strategies for building referral relationships with churches, wedding pros, and other providers
- Financial guidance on pricing and packaging your sessions so they’re worth your time
- Stepfamily resources for supporting blended families, who have a whole extra layer to navigate
- Sex therapy tips from an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, so your team doesn’t freeze when the sexual relationship section comes up (it will, and it’s usually the part couples need most)
Why Train With Rachel?
I’m Rachel Dorneanu, LPC, AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, and the founder of Sage Counseling and Wellness in Cumming, GA. I work with couples every day on intimacy, desire differences, communication, and all the tender stuff in between.
I also grew up in a fairly conservative background, so I know how to talk about sex and relationships in a way that feels respectful for faith-based and secular settings alike. And since I business coach other clinicians, you’ll get practical, real-world advice on turning this certification into a service that actually grows.

Nope. Prepare/Enrich facilitators include counselors, clergy, coaches, and mentors. Your team just needs to be ready to learn and support couples.
Can we train more than 4 people?
Absolutely. The flat rate covers up to 4 participants. Reach out for a quote on larger groups.
Can we skip the Resource Kit?
Unfortunately not. Prepare/Enrich requires each facilitator to have their own kit to get certified.
Is virtual training as effective as in person?
Yes. We still do live practice, role play, and Q&A. Many teams love skipping the commute.
What happens after the training?
Your team is certified and ready to start using Prepare/Enrich with couples. You’ll also have 14 days of follow-up support from me for any questions that come up with those first couples.
